Exeter Spinal Surgery Unit launches new scholarship and fellowship schemes for medical students and trainees.

The Exeter Spinal Research Unit provides a unique opportunity for medical students to undertake a clinical research scholarship in spinal pathology and surgery. This can be undertaken on a part-time basis. Each selected student will be awarded the scholarship for 6-months in duration.
Southwest Orthopaedic Conference for Medical Students and Junior Doctors

Organised by a group of orthopaedic consultants, trainees and medical students from the ESSU; the Southwest Orthopaedic Conference is the first of it's kind in the Southwest. The day aims to offer medical students and junior doctors from around the country, the opportunity to gain insight into the hugely popular field of orthopaedics. The timetable offers a balance between education, advice and practical skills.
